Hi, I’m Kit.
I am a counselor, heart-tender, grief companion, creativity catalyst, artist, writer and—you know—human. I live and practice in Washington State.
I create a space of safety, non-judgment, feeling, and growth, where both pain and desire become named and held. I believe that death-awareness can bring us all more into our aliveness, and that creativity can help us process that which is impossible to explain. I help folks find the tools they need to author their own lives, and make conscious choices all the way to the end. I believe there are a multitude of ways to connect with another human being and that therapy, itself, can be an art.
My work is inspired by liminal spaces, narwhals (or any whales, really), memorials, moss growing on pavement, earnest graffiti and the messages people leave in bathroom stalls, making a mess, Miss Honey from Matilda, morning light, gardening and other plant magic, spectrums, moths and the moon, and relational alchemy.
