Kit Gould-Knight is a multimedia artist and writer based in the Pacific Northwest.
My work celebrates the life-and-death cycle, which includes the messy middle: feeling, color, dissonance, destruction, consumption, myth, connection and humanity. I am fascinated by the rituals we create to stave off existential angst and fears of death. Making art is my way of stopping time. My favorite methods of doing this include painting, drawing, writing, photography, play and engaging with community.
